- What is full-service catering? Full-service catering covers everything from menu planning, food preparation, setup, service, and clean up.

- How do you prepare your BBQ? Our BBQ is slowly smoked to perfection with a combination of charcoal/wood for that mouthwatering BBQ flavor.

- What if someone in our party has a food allergy? We do our best to make sure we can accommodate everyone safely and not leave anyone out. We do need to be made aware of any allergies as early as possible.

- Do you require a deposit? Yes, we do. We require 50% down to secure the date, with the remaining balance paid in full 7 days before the event.
